The last few days days have been busy. I got 7.5 hours sleep in the last 48 hours. I'm tired but very happy. My Wife and I welcomed our Grandson, William Steward Chichester, IV “Cade” into this world on Sunday, March 8th, 2020 at 11:13pm EST. Cade weighs 8lbs 2oz and he’s 20.5 inches long. My Daughter and Grandson are healthy and well. His Dad is ecstatic. We are praising GOD for another blessing. I'm sorry about the picture quality. I assure you, he is a handsome little guy.

My eating has been out of my usual rhythm and not within my normal eating hours. Yesterday I ate under goal, exceeded my protein goal and met all activity goals. BF up 0.3% since Saturday...
