Reconfiguring things a bit as an experiment. Going to try to get more protein and calories in at the beginning of the day and stick to decaf tea and maybe fruit at the end of the day if I'm still hungry. I was doing a great job going to bed earlier for a bit, but back to staying up past midnight the last couple of nights.

Ravioli, pork tenderloin, garlic spinach and pesto.

Tossed the remaining cookie bites in the trash this morning. It was an all or nothing thing for me.
