does anyone know anything about inulin - good or bad

Inulin? That's a fibre supplement, right?

Fibre and a sugar swap. I think it is also meant to be sweet. But I have read some negative things about it too - wondering of anyone uses it

Ah, okay. I take fybogel for fibre and I didn't realise Inulin was sweet.
