gained 20lbs last year and guess what no vacations at all. 3/27 finally going on vacation!! I started logging again 1/5 and I have already lost 12 lbs. woot woot. amazing what happens when I start logging what I eat and mix the booze. I'm pretty sure I had 5 drinks all of January and February I dont think I've had any so far. Thank God for black coffee, green tea and water!! onward and upward!! glad to be back, missed y'all! oh I took measurements too so I'm doing good with losing inches as well. once I start toning I'll see better results with that. of course my bust is the first to go for the love... but I'll be ok once I start the chest and tri's. Am I looking forward to pterodactyl arms again, uh noooooo!!! ok that's it for today just thought I'd say hi!!!
