I feel so tempted to sprinkle salt on my chicken but it's something I have to avoid as it's caused me a lot of water retention, bloated stomach. I've been binge eating Doritos, Cadbury chocolate, Kit Kat bars, Easter eggs etc I don't want to go back to my old ways as I've worked so hard to lose this weight, boredom/emotions can get to you, Sugar is such an addiction, I felt so good months ago without it, period cravings are so hard to control, Iceland is near me so i try not to look in their desserts freezer section..
