Welp, we've decided on going to the chippy tomorrow. I've taken some averages from Google to have something to put in my carb tracker but I'm not even going to try to guess at the calories (my local chippy cooks everything in beef dripping and the majority of it is homemade) and then we'll be following it up with some cakes 🐷🐷🐷🐷🐷

I would love a treadmill or something similar but no room for it 🙈

My treadmill broke and it's too old to find parts. I was devasted lol. Now I have a rebounder that the legs fold down on for easy storage. Not the same thing, but it definitely kills me so I guess it works haha! Tom, I'm mostly just annoyed because I have an appointment with a specialist coming up and my weight is going to be a big topic of discussion during the appointment

I get it, don’t forget what you’ve already achieved though. So you and your partner having a nice day is deserved, it’s not like your on day one and having a treat already

I got taken out to lunch today... vegetarian goats cheese burger... calories came to 1176... I don't even want to think about the carb count. I'm already pushing my limit for calorie intake for today, but it was worth it, and the weekend of low cal, low carb will be worth it too. I usually take the weekends off when dieting, I do fine when I'm alone, but with my partner and the kids around, I have no hope. This weekend I'm alone as he has to work... so I'll be good.
