昨天沒吃完的粥 沒壞 一根香蕉沒吃 現在吃 無糖豆漿加賽百味 今天還是代課教練 教練好像出國玩了😅😅😅 腳踏彈力繩引體上升 好操 好幾通電話 跑步去😅
