Balance. That’s what life is all about..

The pictures are this past Monday dinner. Beer, wine, beef, chicken, bacon, ice cream, and so much more.

I averaged 1003 calories in 3 days.

If I did this eating those calories daily, I wouldn’t see the scale move like it did in those 3 days.

Fasting is my method for controlling what, when and how I eat

209.4 lbs 1/26 and 201.8 lbs1/29
[[5k in the AM and PM HIIT dumbbells session on 1/26 and 1 hr elliptical 3am on 1/29]]

2020 is going to be awesome!!!!
