Good morning my FS friends busy day 2morow three meetings in and around London early start in the morning so will probably be eating fast food all day I know not good.
I have arranged for someone to come in and see my mother in the morning to get her breakfast and lunch time to get her lunch, I hope to be back in time to get her evening meal. Therefore as I am walking around this morning to see her I stopped in a shop and bought her some chocolates to keep her sweet
