Hi Bar26 - ok 3 months to lose the weight - I swim 🏊‍♀️ 6 mornings a week - and try and run 4 times a week x

Wow 3month that’s fab. 👍 Well done. I exercise (targeted toning) 5x a week Long walk with doggo 7x a week Eating - not exceeding 1300cal/day 5x a week But I feel like my body is so use to it I need to change something!
