I am super bloated again today! I think it is from the onions in the salad last night. I am going to splurge and buy a container of chopped green onions as they are low fodmap. My body has been missing Frosted Mini Wheats, obviously gluten. I can't eat granola, so I am going to have to check fiber on Cheerios.
I bought Black Velvet for New Years, so that is why I have been having it. I do not normally have whiskey in my house. I just wanted to put that out there that I do not usually drink this frequently!
I am excited to start the challenge tomorrow.
