Today I weighed in at 64kg,17 kg down from my starting weight if 81kg In 2016. I work out 6 days a week.
I do dirty IF 18:6. I have 1 major meal a day which I make sure I enjoy and nibble on what I fancy for the rest of my window.
I can not give up tea with milk and 2 cups during my fast help me get through it.
Weight management is about sustainability and what works for you.

I'm sorry but you should eat a decent meal a day not one a week because you will end up rushing yourself up to hospital
