好餓 今天作好多肘撐掌撐 撐不住了 hold住繩子 深蹲 開合跳 弓箭步蹲着前後平移 好酸 一樣賽百味 無糖豆漿 去扣士扣忍不住又買了蛤蜊湯 變貴又變大碗了😭😭😭
