brkfst- 2 eggs over-easy, sausage, 1/2 English muffin w/ jam, O.J.

lunch- 1/2 corned beef sand., chips, OJ

dinner- chili mac, chicken kiev

snacks- iced donut, snack size hersey bar

desert- Belmont Peaches and cream 1/2 fat ice cream

3 1/2 hrs. yard work- Lots of leaves!
approx. 1 1/2 hrs. leisurly bicycling
