brkfst- blueberry cinnamon oatmeal, coffee
lunch- 1/2 Rueben sand. w/ 1 cup chicken noodle soup
dinner- 1/4 lb. cheeseburger w/ tomato, onion, ketchup, mustard. Potato salad, baked beans, a few potato chips
snacks- 2 Milkyway snack size candy bars
2 scotch and water drinks
this is a little more than I usually eat- I normally don't have a big (?) lunch like I had today, and usually don't drink alcohol during the week. (school!, welding classes! Trying to get away from after dinner sweets, just bought some healthier snacks- celery, Cuti oranges, apples, my garden carrots and bell peppers!
