First time back in the gym after surgery. Able to do a sub-set of my usual routine (upper body only). After 9 weeks I have lost some muscle and can now only do chest exercises with 10kg dumb bells rather than the 14kgs I was using. Still, it was good to make a start again.
I alsospent 5 minutes on a static bike (set for no resistance) and have established that with only mild pain in my leg I can pedal full rotations - that will help with my work on restoring my range of movement.
