我是天生有些筋骨較軟的人,站立彎腰手掌能貼到地板,是遺傳,我阿嬤、爸爸、妹妹都是這樣。 不過我髖關節伸展也是很痛捏😅和彎腰動作不同,髖關節這個不容易的~
