I have no idea what’s going on this week but my body has been kicked into overdrive- everyday I get on the scale and I’m down another pound from the previous day ( not that I’m complaining 😜). The only difference over the last few weeks is I started drinking coffee again, could that really be helping me shed the pounds?

Maybe I’m in ketosis without even realizing it?? I still eat carbs- 2 nights ago I had 2 pieces of Costco pizza, last night I had 3 thin pork chops and a scoop of mashed potatoes AND a few tablespoons of tapioca pudding plus I snuck a few bites off a piece of pizza in the fridge, BUT I also fast everyday eating only our early evening dinner so idk 🤷🏻‍♀️

I don’t count calories or record my food intake for the day BUT I am conscious of the foods I am eating and how much I eat of it. I don’t know, I feel great though and everyday I’m excited to work towards my goals!

My kiddo has a soccer game today- can you believe his team has NOT lost a single game yet?! Then we drop the kids off and head up into the mountains to continue looking for that elusive black tail buck we’ve been trying to find. Last weekend we found a whole herd of Elk and a coyote! I’ll have to share pictures on here someday of our PNW adventures ♥️

Coffee does help a little. Otherwise sometimes our bodies are just weird and do what they want half the time lol

IF works! If ketosis is your goal, I recommend the keto-mojo monitor. I got mine a couple of weeks ago and found it helpful. Anyway, you're doing great!
