I have been starting my days at 5:30am but not working out before work, contemplating going back to 4:30 because working out after work just doesn't happen. This may also improve my week day weight loss and general wellbeing. Not sure what to do really.

I started working out before work because it's a faster work out but also because I was less inclined after work. it is a struggle to get out of bed but once you've done it I feel that you're more likely to make better decisions the rest of the day. good luck with what you decide:)

I’m in the same boat - I’m going to try and get cardio done before 6am each day. All the best with the new-ish routine! xx

I always feel better after working out on a morning.... just wish I could more, I like my bed but alately I've lost the humph to train after work. :) Wejust need to think 'up and on it'.... then later can relax :)
