Things I’ve learned this week:
1. I don’t want to increase my workout / gym sessions while I’m still not eating v much because when I start eating more I’ll have to workout more to burn it & maintain (I’ll discuss w/doc later) 2. If I drink more water, I consume fewer calories 3. I love water w/lemon juice 4. If I do 7000 steps a day, my weight drops dramatically w/o increasing gym time 5. 7000 steps is 10 mins of walking each hour I’m awake / active between 8 - 9pm 6. My fitness has increased dramatically - to the point where I get bored rather than tired lol
