Half-digested meal: my version :D
onions/ghee 200c
shitake 50c
peas 200c
scallops 100c
spice/herbs and tomatoes to make it "nice" to look at, oke XD
Tastes like heaven, I swear.

I'd say $7 per portion (scallops are expensive)...and less than 600cal.
Tho it's carby because of onions/peas/tomatoes for those who track.

Chris, it starts with being honest and coming out in the open. First step; second step is to shake the crap off. You see people really do not like being treated like mushrooms. They do well covered in shit and kept in the dark. Step in to the light!
