Topped with ground ginger...I love this breakfast (about 300 cals and keeps me from getting hungry) 🤩

Jimsterman...seriously I love my food and get easily hungry but any breakfast with oats is the only meal to stop me getting the hunger, crazy hey!

I do like your breakfast and myself do a similar composition but no banana. Muesli is what I use and that gives me a 325 calories which keeps me going till 12.30-13.00 o’clock.

At such a calorie count and obviously healthy and more to the point tasty, then its a great way to stave off hunger for that period of time.
