今天開會較晚 運動前桂圓酥 晚了十幾分鐘 今天心肺較少 摃鈴教練又加了10公斤 30公斤臥推10下 另外上下階梯 戰繩 作三組 一樣賽百味 無糖豆漿 等下跑步🏃🏻🏃🏻🏃🏻🏃🏻
