My hair is falling out...😢 I thought it wouldn’t happen to me but the most massive clumps come out when I run my hands through it. I read an article that said “you may feel that your hair is important, but your body doesn’t” and I stopped feeling sorry for myself. I’m working my body hard for this weight loss so some things might have to slip for a little while... #ilovemyhairsomuch
