That looks so yummy 😋, iv never had Cauli rice, is it nice? What the recipe you used please

The cauliflower was washed added to a blender with salt & pepper the pulsed until it looked like rice. Then I threw beef strips peppers onions and mushrooms into a pan with some ground pepper & fried them off. Nothing special just tasty. The cauli was steamed in micro for 4 mins. I use a ceramic pan. No oils.

this looks so tasty , I definitely will be trying it . cauliflower rice is amazing and so many less calories than normal rice. thanks for posting
