今天教練練好多心肺 變胖了 好容易流汗 深蹲 波比跳 抬頭跑 雙腳懸掛側平板20秒八組 懸掛雙腳順時針逆時針二十組 好累 賽百味 要節制了😅😅😅💪💪💪
