Poor weekend of eating lots of takeaway and sweets
No exercise the whole week
Added 5kg in 2 days. I’m so sad right now I hope I can back on track and loose them again

That’s the spirit 😊 I had a fall back thurs&fri back on it yesterday and feel great but it’s my birthday on tues so will be having a cheat day then too 😂

no need to be sad! We all have breaks and fall off track sometimes but at the end of the day, we’re human. We need breaks and guilty pleasures! Hope that made your day a little better! 💗

Hey man, I seriously doubt you put on 5kg in 2 days. If you did, most of it is just liquids that your body is keeping for now. Don’t worry about messing up a little bit, just don’t do it often

To add to my last comment, and give you some perspective, a kg of fat is about 7500 cal. So by your claim you have eaten more than 40000 cals this weekend. A sweet or two are bad, but not that bad. You can’t physically eat that much in 2 days

we all have days where we eat everything that's dead and not nailed down the important thing is to remember that It's a couple of days out of a very long life and you can get back to your plan and hit the goal. We are all human remember that
