I had to work 4 hours that I forgot about and didn't get to the gym. Need to do 5 miles a day for the next 4. I am not losing weight; I appear to be healing I guess. Maybe the exercise will knock me through my plateau. I'm, also, concerned that I'm not in ketosis. I need to buy the strips to test.
