What's your go-to method of cooking your chicken breasts?

ok so I just used to bake them...6 of them at 350 for like 45 minutes or something (I don't recall)...but I just did this last night and it makes them WAY better...you soak brine them for 10 minutes at least (2 tbsp salt in big bowl of water with 6 chicken breasts) then you put them in the pan...put oil on them and then seasoning of choice and bake at 450 until done...I kept checking every 10 minutes cause I don't trust my oven...but I think it ended up being 28 minutes.

I like to coat them in egg and parmesan cheese and then do spaghetti sauce and parmesan or pesto and parmesan and one time I did that same coating and baked most of the way then for the last bit I added ham and provolone...all good :) but I highly recommend the brining and higher temp!!!
