post ramadhan. the longest fasts and I actually ended up gaining weight. I'm such an idiot!

the whole problem is I stock up crisps and chocolates for my husband and children. I don't get much activity either. stuck at home most of the time. I really need to incorporate some exercise into my routine. I really need to fight this. I have a proper binge eating disorder and I can see myself gain even more weight than this. ive started eating healthy today. I'm trying to keep it low carb and healthy rather than on any specific diet where I have to take whole food groups out.
