i feel so intensely sleepy today i can barely keep my eyes open...i drank coffee and now drinking tons of water and still cant wake up. is it possible my body is crashing from no carbs after 6 days of binging? miserable...trying to wake up

Depression can cause intense fatigue. I know from firsthand experience. I have slept for days when my depression is acting up. I don't know if you suffer from depression or not.

sleep it off, your system should stabilize if you are back on your meal plan. get some fresh air if you can force yourself to take a walk will elevate those feel good things in the brain. bingeing always puts me in a foggy mood. you'll get back to your normal.
