I am eating between 1200-1500 daily. I try to work out every day for an hour a day. I usually work out in the morning and in the evening every day.

Great job! I am "sedentary," but a new medication is giving me more motivation to get moving. Just running the vacuum is an improvement over what I usually do! One of my affirmations for this week is, "I LOVE to exercise." (Shhh, don't tell anyone that is FAR from the truth right now - but I'm trying to speak it into existence!)

Thanks, before April I was just sitting around eating and watching tv but my health starting getting bad I have arthritis the weight bearing on my bones put me in so much pan so exercise and eating healthy I have to do.

Did my morning workout on the treadmill 55 minutes with the hill program. Going up hill is tough. I will be doing a evening exercise after dinner I drink 80-90 oz of water a day.

Debbie Cousins— consider a different approach. Instead of “I love to EXERCISE”, how about, I really enjoy the trees and plants I see when I walk. Or I love to dance to the oldies in the living room. Delete the negative word exercise and replace with a positive thought of an activity that brings a bit of pleasure to you.

EXCELLENT suggestion, @Kenna Morton! I've spent years saying "Exercise is a Four-Letter Word." I hate to sweat. I DID walk around the property today, and I got in about 1/3 of my PT exercises and walked all over Walmart. 7/10 of a mile -1,465 steps (but yesterday's steps were only 112 and the day before was 313, so you can see what an improvement that was!)

Excellent Debbie— BTW. I am viewing a 10 part webinar on Depression, the first 90 minute episode started last night. I posted the info about it that shows how to register. I do t know that registration is still open, but we have a few people here struggling with this issue right now. Not sure that is something you might be Interested in, but the info is there. Hang in there Debbie.
