In light of the 1.4# loss yesterday (a loss in one day) I was not too surprised to see that I had picked some back up this morning. However, I am still in the 208's and I am pleased with it.
I went into the office with DH today so packed my breakfast and my lunch and brought my coffee with me and brought my water bottles...so I can drink and re-fill. We shall see how it goes.
I hope everyone has a great day. Please keep sending those positive thoughts and prayers for my daughter, and thanks so much for them!
