Vacation!
So yeah I gained 11 pounds in only 3 days of out of control eating. Most of it is 'water' but not *all* of it. How did this happen on only a 1500 calorie 'excess'? You only need to look at the carbs (and protein!). To lose this weight, I will will reduce the carbs (and protein!).
I was so worried about passing my 180lbs 'boundry'. Ok blew past that so no need to 'worry' about that anymore :)
However, I-am-tired-of-being-stuffed.
Today I woke up, had 4 cups of coffee and a 5 hour energy drink and worked out in the gym for an hour. I finally feel 'good' physically (and mentally!).
I am sooo happy this resort has the equipment to allow me to do my squats and deadlifts with full-maxed-weight. *NO* resort or hotel I have been to in the States has even a weight 'bar', neverless even dummbells above 90lbs. This place has a honest-to-God-Hex-deadlift-bar! Need to see if you can break 230lbs? No problem :)
I plan to fast until tonight and then eat super low carb (meat and cheese only). The key for me is to not have any solid food until dinner...
When I get home I will go back to my normal diet and I will drop this weight, however, there is a 50/50 chance I 'could' get up to 190lbs by the time I get home.
Oh well...
