So the scale is slow moving, but i feel great! Since quitting smoking and hence being able to retire at 60 I am looking forward to enjoying the golden years ahead. I am aware that i need more exercise, not only to assist in losing weight but to optimize general health. I did start walking, then bicycling, and even hoping to start skipping..... no not meals, just as an exercise and to show the grandkids up! it may not happen overnight, but i am POSITIVE AND DETERMINED that it will happen. Kayaking every weekend, swimming and other outdoor activity with the grandkids keep me hopeful and determined.
