OMAD - Getting there

@Keilin_4 got 2 hrs 3 min more on yesterday’s soft dry fast LOL

Today’s fast / OMAD will consist of 2 coffees and sipping on 1L of water with electrolytes added to it until my yummy dinner.

Not counting calories but averaging almost 1500 daily calories this month so far and the scale is moving in right direction so I’m ok with.

Great, congratulations, I have done 37 hours before, but lately I am breaking my fasting 1 hour or 30 minutes before going to bed, just to drink something and eat a fruit or nuts, 300 calories or less(tipe of liquid refeeding), and I sleep great and so I can continue fasting next day. 😊

@Erika, its called FastingSecret on IOS. If it doesn't exist on Google Play, then I am sure there is an equivalent as I was on Android in the past and think I am going back. @Keilin_4 I am a little over double your weight so If I reduce my refeed to 600 vs under 1200 like I've done Monday and Tues night, the scale will move even faster. Laughing at myself about how I am a little scaredy cat about going to bed hungry and having sleep issues when I can be in TOTAL BEAST MODE with dry fasting for hours and still dealing with a 4 hour avg commute and 9 hours in an office. What a dork, LOL.

Good job on fasting. I love how simple fasting is. But I only do shorter ones and have two or one meal daily

That is true, and well, I have sleep issues too, it's why I don't want to go bed hungry.
