4 weeks - going strong! 💪🏼 The only ‘bad’ day I’ve had so far was Wednesday this week - we had Fish and Chips for dinner (which we rarely have) and I didn’t want to miss out... So I shared a small portion of chips with my little boy and had a large haddock to myself with most of the batter taken off (and then had two chocolate digestives for pudding 🙈)... but I am really proud of myself as before I would have wolfed down a large portion of Fish and Chips and half a packet of biscuits (and the rest!). It’s also given me a bit of a new head for the next 4 weeks because it’s out of my system?! Also, I’m feeling great today because I went out for my first jog in about a year! 🙌🏼🙌🏼
