Day 11 ...... My 16-8 fasting diet is going great as I do really need to lose the weight, my eating pattern is between the hrs of 11.45am till 7.45pm which I can cope with quite easily, I tend to throw myself into housework on waking just to distract me from the food, I noticed that my energy levels have increased slightly and I'm sleeping a lot better, but best of all when I put my clothes on today I noticed my muffin top looked a little smaller (could be wishful thinking) will weigh myself on Day 14 as I don't want to burst my bubble as yet ...... BFN MM x
