Wasn’t very good yesterday drank beer all day had curry that was crap in pub and got dinner from chip shop god knows how much weight I have put on yesterday and not up to doing anything about it today but I will be tomorrow

I find when you have a day like that, couple of days after you're back to what you were. one day doesn't put weight on you forever, many days do.

I will flush my system by drinking water and stay off the scale for a few days...If I eat ham etc I can gain from the sodium 5 lbs it will state on the scale then it will go back down to my regular weight the next day after flushing and staying on plan...much success towards your goals:)

Well jasmine not as you thought but it was as I thought I’m 1.7kg heavier than Saturday morning and will take to at least Friday to get back to where I was with a bit of effort but I have this once every 2 weeks but you can’t live to diet
