does anyone use an app or program to automate their meals a bit more? looking for tips/app suggestions for this. my fantasy would be inputting what i want my macros to be and then have it generate a plan...shopping list might be nice too but optional

FatSecret's meal planning is part of the paid service. Not sure how detailed it is for setting macro targets

I was just about to order from ketocustomplan.com before I decided to go it on my own. FatSecret has worked for me. I put in breakfast, what I plan for dinner, then check my macro target for deciding on lunch and any necessary changes to dinner.

I follow Mike Rashid on Youtube and he uses Trifecta Nutrition. Give it a look, see if that helps!!👍🏾
