brkfst- 5 oz Dannon Orange yogurt
lunch- 2 scrambled eggs w/ a little shredded cheese and milk; 2 small slices ham
snack- 1 small pnut butter cookie.
dinner- creamed chipped beef on toast (very salty!)
desert-vanilla ice cream

approx. totals- 650 cals?, (well, less 1000 at least),105 carbs?, 35g protein.( Not enough proteins)
