Well it’s all gone wrong today, I’m stuffing my face and drinking wine 🍷 not going to feel guilty as tomorrow’s another day 🥴

That is the perfect way to look at it Gilly you need to have fun from time to time without the guilt, i will eat out restaurant or fast food no more than twice a month and i dont let guilt get the better of me keep up the good work

Hopefully you don't suffer with the hangover, I think that is punishment enough!!! I am on and off the horse all the time. I think the most I have lost is a pound up to now but I've not gained so subconsciously reading all the comments good or bad on this app and logging the food I have when I'm not being naughty, must be helping me a bit.
