扣士扣的莫札瑞拉起士熱量好像不低 完了😭😭😭

之前在義大利吃的前菜 番茄加莫札瑞拉起士加一點橄欖油就很好吃 但不知熱量這麼高😭😭😭

青花菜我都直接放炒菜鍋裡加一點熱水蓋鍋蓋大火蒸煮一下就好😁😁😁 這個我都是原味
