As I understand it Ali is a weaker form of Orlistat which is prescription only. I have it because I have PCOS. The Orlistat works incredibly well although, if you take in too much fat, even 'good' fat, there are miserable side effects. But if you're able to follow the diet needed to avoid side effects, bearing in mind that Ali is not as strong as Orlistat, I'd say go for it as long as there's no health reason not to.
