11.6kg to lose between now and may sounds a lot 3kg a month made it hard by totally messing up January and will still meet a friend probably 6 times by then I’ll see how close I get now I’ve broken it down it seems harder but I lost 2 kg in 5 days so we’ll see

Thanks this is first time I pushed it other goals I have made was to keep it fresh with no real objective lost weight every day this week see how long I can keep the momentum going

It’s more how many calories and healthy I’m having chicken breast every day at moment it’s got the amount of protein I want to eat but trying to use up some not so good things that are in my freezer like pizza and I have porridge every morning due to borderline cholesterol and it’s filling I have totally cut out snacks

I do agree that for first few months you should weigh once a week but the weighing is irrelevant now I could not weigh myself until may when I plan to reach my goal I’m only 3.3kg from the first goal I set before I changed it
