I’m right there with you! My target is also May and I weigh in on a Saturday lol. I’ve seen some people record weight every day, but I think I would feel too disappointed if it didn’t move or went up 👍

I’ve said before I think once a week to start otherwise you get depressed and give up and when you get a bit more confident you can maybe weigh in more often

Weight does stick sometimes don’t get disappointed it will soon move think of it like a stain on your carpet sometimes it takes a little more effort to clean the tougher stains not a great explanation but just may need a little more effort

They were recent purchases normally there’s no unhealthy food in the house I guess 6 months of not eating took it’s toll I think I’m a go with out or totally go over board person I’ve had 16ltrs of ice cream in jan I guess I’m lucky I only put on 2kg by kept to my diet right through Christmas

Had a freezer similar Ray (minus pizza,..cheese phobia), still miss chips but may have a few at next target, It’s hard going mate, I know, I reckon I’m the weakest willpowered person on here but I’m ‘Still Winning’ slowly mind 😬

To be honest I just plodded through the first 20kg but going to see my niece who lives in Ibiza in may skipped going to see her last year because of this diet so time to get serious
