Weighed in the morning at the gym, one hour after breakfast... Only two weeks ago the scales said I was 7 lbs more... Must have been inaccurate as I weighed myself in the evening.
74.8 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 5.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Do you have scales at home? The best time for weight in is in the morning, empty stomach ( after using toilet).

There also seems to be discrepancies between my home scales and gym scales... Home scales says I am even less than the gym one (11st7).
