I feel happy the way I look for the first time in decades but I have 11.7kg to reach my goal weight which on my BMI is just inside my correct weight put on any weight after that and I will be classed as overweight weight again so may revise when I get there but have never been that light before drank too much alcohol from very young but I don’t miss it at all or chocolate or crisps but I do miss ice cream well good luck to everyone

Have you tried the lo-cal ice cream?

No but I did go mad and had 8x1ltrs ice cream Tesco own labels eat all within a week never put on a pound I think it’s because you eat about 1000 calories of ice cream and your not very hungry so you skip meals that’s why I don’t have unhealthy food in the house it’s easier that way
