Has anyone tried the Keto diet. Have been hearing a lot about it but know very little. Has anyone followed it?

I googled it and it looks hard. I think you have to be really strict because eating the wrong thing can kick you out of ketosis and set you back? I think that is the jist anyway, I could be wrong lol

I know. It sounds really difficult, but i was curious to see if anyone had any results with it. I might give it a try but need to find out some more information.
