今天作循環 作四個循環 跪在瑜珈墊上將摃鈴往前推在拉回 啞鈴練手及肩 階梯上下練腳 肘撐瑜珈球 今天練的比較全面 中午吃太多 晚上克制 subway加無糖豆漿😅😅😅
